Admissions

The admissions process for Seasons of Seven is as follows:

  1. New Families need to apply to the school by filling out the application form found HERE.
    • A $100 non-refundable Application Fee is due immediately upon applying to the school.
  2. The admissions team will be in contact within a few days.  
  3. You can view the 2023/2024 school calendar HERE. (It is below the current calendar.)
  4. Once approved and current families, can register for classes HERE
    • Please make sure you are logged in under your "Parent" login information before registering.
    • If you want to use California Charter funds please send us an EMAIL
  5. All fees are non-refundable:
    • Summer classes are pay in full at the time of registration. 
    • Fall Class Registration Fees are due immediately upon registering for classes. This fee is part of your overall tuition.
      • The first tuition payment of the payment plan is due on the first of the very next month that follows your registration. 
      • Last payment of your tuition due December 1st, 2023 no matter when you register for class.
