  1. New Families need to apply to the program by filling out the APPLICATION FORM.
    • A $100 non-refundable Application Fee is due immediately upon applying to the program.
    • Current families do not need to reapply. 
  2. Once the application form is filled out and payment is made you will be directed to fill out two other enrollment forms: an Acceptance & Declaration Form and the Family Portal Enrollment Form. We require all three forms to be filled out correctly in order to be approved and become a member in our system. Please allow up to 1 business day for our team to review the forms for approval. 
  3. Once approved or if you are a current family, you can register for courses on our portal after logging in.
    • When registering for courses please make sure you are logged in under your "Parent" login.
    • The registration fee and first monthly tuition payment are due at the time of registration. Monthly payment plans are set up, with a manual payment due on the 1st of each month and continuing until December 1st. Register early for more manageable monthly payments. If payment is not received, the system will automatically remove the registration.
